JAKOBS VINEYARDS
Passion, excellence and simplicity, are the three principles on which this small family owned vineyard and wine making concern in the newly established ward of Hemel-en-Aarde Ridge, was founded and by which its operations are guided.
Jakob’s Vineyards strive to produce excellent wine from its unique cool area terroir. The farm is situated on a beautiful piece of land that exudes a “sense of place”.
Jakob’s Vineyards maiden Cabernet Sauvignon 2006 was rated (by score) amongst the top ten Cabernet Sauvignon wines at the 2009 Old Mutual Trophy Wine Show. Their flagship 2007 Bordeaux blend will be released during 2010.
