CREATION
When arriving at Creation in the Hemel-en-Aarde Ridge, it is hard to believe that less than eight years ago, this trendsetting wine farm was a wilderness, never planted to vines before. Today undulating vineyards flourish under the glorious maritime conditions, encircling a modern wine cellar fitted with hi-tech winemaking equipment.
Creation is owned by two couples, Jean-Claude and Carolyn Martin, and Christoph Kaser and Heidi Kellerhals Kaser. While not so long ago, they were regarded as the “new kids on the block”, the dynamic team now boasts an impressive portfolio of wines, all grown and made on their “little piece of paradise”.
