THE MARINE THE PAVILION
The Pavilion Restaurant at The Marine is glamorous and edgy and encompasses the beautiful views of Walker Bay. The menu created by Peter Templehoff, the Executive Chef for The Collection by Liz McGrath, and Loran Livesey, Chef de Cuisine, reflects the diversity of delectable local produce found in the Walker Bay region. Besides the seasonal a la carte menu, our 6-course Walker Bay tasting menu, perfectly paired with Sommelier-selected wines from the Overberg area, leaves a long-lasting impression on one’s taste buds.The restaurant offers an extensive wine list, focusing on wines from the region, but also has a small selection of international wines. The Pavilion is definitely the place to be seen in Hermanus!
