The Pavilion Restaurant at The Marine in Hermanus has been transformed from a quiet, graceful breakfast room into a glamorous, edgy restaurant that encompasses the beautiful views over Walker Bay. The new menu created by Peter Tempelhoff, Executive Chef for The Collection by Liz McGrath and Loran Livesey, Chef de Cuisine complements this new look restaurant. Signature dishes include Duck Raviolo with Seared Prawn, sesame salad and green tea coconut sauce, Roast Petit Poussin Farcie with barley risotto, onion puree, peas and bacon, Pineapple fritter in Fynbos Syrup, creme fraeche ice cream and honey bush foam. The food and wine reflects the amazing produce found in the Walker Bay region. The Pavilion is definitely going to become the place to be seen in Hermanus!
