HERMANOS
The name means “brothers” in Spanish. It is owned by two brothers and is found in the very heart of Hermanus. Dining at Hermanos in Hermanus has a memorable ring to it and the experience casts the mould for many returns.
Exquisite glassware and cutlery create an atmosphere of fine dining and the menu confirms the perception. Chef Wayne Martin Spencer is Silwood trained and over the past three years has conjured up dishes in five star game lodges, boutique hotels and a Michelin Star restaurant in Monaco. His mission is to prove how superb fresh, local produce can be. His credo “the spirit of everything we love goes into our food.”
The wine list, featuring only wines from the Overberg, is designed to complement each dish served.
